Project Description:
Paxton Computers is a sole proprietor’s technical support business. There they help many customers solve every day problems, work through use cases for software and hardware, and to conduct break-fix measures on a one-on-one level.
They needed to be able to offer a diverse set of channels for communications, build a customer database, and eventually implement a service management system for bookings, billings, and ticketing.
This site was just recently launched and provides a very simple means for people to connect and find help.
